Multiplex-PCR amplicon enrichment delivers high sensitivity from low-input, host-rich specimens with a simple, fast workflow, ideal for detecting low-abundance and co-infecting organisms.

Hybridization capture

Probe-based target capture

Biotinylated probes hybridize and magnetically enrich 188 somatic targets, capturing SNVs, InDels, CNVs, gene fusions and MSI across challenging sample types including FFPE and cfDNA.
