Nucleic acid extraction
The extraction module uses two 8-magnetic rod arms to process magnetic bead-based extraction — fast and contamination-free nucleic acid isolation from 1–16 samples simultaneously.
Automated · walk-away
PCR set-up
The liquid handling module transfers eluate to PCR reaction tubes automatically. Unique capping design prevents cross-contamination between samples.
<40 min · automated
qPCR detection & result
The 5-channel qPCR module performs fast cycling detection from the bottom. Results delivered in under 40 minutes — fully automated, no manual intervention required after loading.

Bottom excitation and detection across 5 fluorescence channels — FAM, HEX/VIC, Texas Red, Cy5, and Cy5.5 — enabling multiplexed infectious disease detection.
LAN network control
One PC can connect and control up to 255 abONE™ units via LAN — ideal for high-throughput clinical laboratory environments.
Contamination control
Built-in UV light decontamination and sealed cartridge design prevent cross-contamination between samples and runs — essential for diagnostic integrity.
